Besides my children, dancing is my greatest passion and have now finished my Zumba training. Hi everyone! My name is Tim, I have been training in gyms and competing in various sports such as Cycling, Swimming, Surfing, Mountain-Biking and Karate for over 20 years. I worked as a Graphic Designer for 15 years and have three Boys, I gained my qualifications as a Personal Trainer in 2009 so that I could pass on my knowledge of health and fitness to others. I really enjoy seeing my clients achieve their goals and increasing their own knowledge of how to maintain and even surpass their own expectations and improve their quality of life. Harley Grbin – COTA/Group Exercise Instructor
Hi my name is Harley. I have been working in the fitness industry as a trained and qualified professional for over 15 years. In that time I have worked as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and well being coach for all ages, as well as concentrating on rehabilitation from injuries and on tailored training programs for specific athletes. I am also a professional dancer, entertainer and dance teacher, with training and experience in numerous dance styles and other aspects of the entertainment industry. Fitness and entertainment have both been a major part of my personal and professional life since the age of 12. I have the knowledge, experience and passion for these industries and disciplines and it gives me enormous pleasure to share these with others.

Leah Veenhuizen – Front Desk Attendant
Hello, my name is Leah. I've been working in the health industry for four years as a massage therapist. I'm studying for my cert III and Cert IV in Personal Training at the moment and can't wait to get into the gym to meet new and existing members and start training clients. My other interests are acting and singing. I have completed courses with NIDA and the VCA and when I'm not studying I'm actively participating in the arts. I look forward to meeting and chatting with all of the members here at Williamstown.

Michael Keating – Personal Trainer Coordinator
Hi I'm Mike and I'm the PT Coordinator here at Lifestyle, Williamstown. I've been a member here since 2006 and have worked here since Feb 2011. I have previously studied a double degree in Sports Administration and Sports Science. My specialist areas include strength training, weight loss, muscle toning and circuit training. I try to train hard at least once a day and play footy and cricket all year round. I'm here pretty much every day so feel free to say g'day anytime or book in for a session with me if you think you're up to it.
Wesley Whitfield – Personal Trainer
Hey, I'm Wes and I love health and fitness. I completed my Certificate three and four with The Australian Institute of Fitness in2011 and I am currently undertaking my 3rd year of my masters in Physiotherapy, with Latrobe University. Working as a PT with Lifestyle is a great chance to gain experience in the health and fitness industry and to grow as a health professional. I was once overweight, until I turned my health around, so I can relate to a lot of things we all go through. In doing so I have developed a passion to help others in their quests for weight loss, muscle gain or to just feel comfortable in their own body.

Hey I'm Sam. Recently joined the crew at lifestyle. Spent the last 2 years working in sales and marketing at another gym. But I'm here now to help this great team become AWESOME.. I've always loved the fitness industry and have been involved in it my whole life. Currently play Football and Basketball, while hitting the Gym every day. Alicia Grixti – Personal Trainer
I am a born and bred western suburbs girl who has always had a passion for sport and exercise. I was an elite gymnast for a large part of my life and competed for Australia as a member of the Australian 2000 Olympic squad. Since then have taken part in various sports such as pole vaulting, sports acrobatics and various forms of dance including pole dance. I have been teaching pole dance since 2008 and believe it is a fantastic way to keep fit and strong. I am now a Personal Trainer & Group Exercise instructor. I am enthusiastic when it comes to core strength training and enjoy training clients in a similar fashion.
My Qualifications are:

Hi Everyone! My name is Caterina. Being active is a big part of my life, I strongly believe that exercise and any type of movement is important to stay not only physically fit but also mentally fit! I started dance at an early age and recently completed my Cert III in Health and Fitness. I am so happy to be part of such a wonderful team here at Lifestyle and I look forward to meeting all the members!

George Zifa – Fitness Consultant
Hi my name is George,
I joined the lifestyle crew in late June making the jump from real estate into fitness. I have been involved with sports all my life with the most recent addition to the list is now golf (can't stop playing ). I currently hold a yellow belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and aiming to progress higher with a little free time. You will find me floating around the gym most days and nights having a chat, a laugh, a joke or helping with maintenance of some sort. I enjoy spending time with the family and attempting to cook (when I'm allowed of course) during my down time.
