Testimonial – Sally HarveyI have had personal training sessions for several years and have found them invaluable. More recently I have had weekly weight training sessions at Lifestyle Gym, Richmond with Lisa Williams. Lisa has been my trainer since January 2002. I train to maintain fitness and strength. Women lose a lot of their physical strength with motherhood and career juggle and I was determined not to lose mine. My flexibility and strength are as good now and they were when I was 20 years old (in 1976). My experience has shown that, for best results and safety reasons, weight training is optimised when done with a training partner or trainer. Getting technique correct is very important. I have enjoyed training with Lisa as her training style has been very professional. She focuses on my results, monitors my progress and still manages to vary the programme to maintain my interest and provide the next challenge. And all with a wicked sense of humour! Training with Lisa is occasionally punishing but never dull. Cheers, |
